Location: Lisbon, Praça de Espanha/Sete Rios Training Start Date: 15/09/2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 16:00 Languages: German fluent/C2 + English B1 minimum
What will you do?
- Customer support via phone, email and chat
- Assistance with products and orders
- After-sales support and issue resolution
- Work in an international and multicultural environment
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: 1,400€ x14 months
- Language Bonus: 150€ x12 months
- Performance Bonus: up to 100€ per month
- Health Insurance from day 1
- Permanent Contract (CTI)
We are looking for candidates with:
- Fluent German
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work in Lisbon
- Valid authorization to work in Portugal
