Location: Lisbon, Praça de Espanha/Sete Rios  Training Start Date: 15/09/2026  Schedule: Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 16:00  Languages: German fluent/C2 + English B1 minimum

What will you do?

• Customer support via phone, email and chat
• Assistance with products and orders
• After-sales support and issue resolution
• Work in an international and multicultural environment

Salary Package:

• Base Salary: 1,400€ x14 months
• Language Bonus: 150€ x12 months
• Performance Bonus: up to 100€ per month
• Health Insurance from day 1
• Permanent Contract (CTI)
